I designed this journal to help me on my journey of self-improvement. It's difficult, improving yourself, tackling your anxiety, fighting depression, whatever battle you're fighting. This journal asks what you're grateful for, what went wrong that day, and what you can do to improve on your day. It's a guided journal, but there's room for free writing. Take 5 minutes each day, and see if things improve. Talking about it, even if to yourself, is the path to change.
